Do the health center's on campuses offer vaccinations or do I need to find another place to get my shots?

I believe that most university health centers offer vaccinations, but I don't always recommend using their services. Even though the university health centers are supposed to be reliable and quick, they aren't at all. To get certain vaccinations I would go to urgent care or to a local pharmacy and ask if they offer the vaccinations or if they know a place that offers the vaccinations.
Each campus's health center is different. Some may carry a variety of vaccines that you can get while at school and some may only carry the flu shot. If your health center does not carry the vaccines that you are looking for, you can always go to a walk-in clinic or back home to your primary doctor to receive them.
As Victoria said, the vaccination options vary campus to campus, but it should be relatively easy to figure out. Start by checking the health center website. They may have a list of what can and cannot be done in the center. If you are still unsure, call the center or walk in. If they cannot get you the vaccination that you need, they most likely will be able to send you in the right direction of somewhere that can. They can write the request out for another doctor or pharmacy to complete, and they can even help you to make the appointment.
These centers vary from campus to campus, but many of them do offer vaccinations. You will need to call in ahead and ask them if this is a service that they offer. If they don't Walgreens, CVS and Walmart are also options, as many of them have clinics that are relatively inexpensive and offer a variety of services that you can look into as well.
